We kindly ask that you are present at the arranged location 15 minutes before your appointment. In case you are late, your treatment is shortened and completed at the original scheduled time to allow your service producer to be on time for the next appointment. Please prepare a space in an area that has ample room for a massage table, preferably in an area that will be quiet and free from distractions. When the therapist arrives, they will call our office to check in and after packing up and in their vehicle, they will call our office to let us know they are finished with the treatment. This ensures us that the therapist has arrived on time and also for their safety.
All Sandpearl Spa service providers hold a license with the City of Calgary and are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times. All massages are performed by registered massage therapists (RMTs) in good standing with a recognized Alberta association. We use professional draping techniques during your massage, and undergarments may be worn if preferred.
Insurance receipts will be issue upon request. Please check with your insurance company for your individual benefits plan and eligibility.
Electronic Health Records (EHR)
On your first appointment with us you will be asked to fill out an electronic health record to ensure your therapist is aware of any medical conditions. It's important to disclose if you have any allergies, ailments or disabilities, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant.
Please communicate with your therapist or technician to ensure your treatment is customized to your taste and needs. Our commitment to you is to meet and exceed your expectations in each experience with us.
Children are always welcome to enjoy of our services. However, guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Booking in advance is strongly recommended, please take advantage of our 24/7 online booking. We required a credit card to hold your reservation. However, it will not be charged until after your treatment. We suggest booking your group event at least two weeks in advance.
We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from receiving a treatment. We allow guests to change or cancel their appointments subject to the following to avoid charges. If you have an emergency or are sick, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We have a cancellation policy in place for our small business to continue to serve our clients in need of treatment and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists. One last-minute cancellation makes a significant financial impact on our therapists, as the nature of mobile service usually only allows them to have 4-5 appointments per day.
Please call us at (403) 612-7045 by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $65 for the missed appointment. If appointment is cancelled 3 hours prior to scheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged.

Prices are subject to GST and may change without notice. Gratuities are customary and at your discretion. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted during any treatment. If a guest is under the influence of any substance or in an unsafe environment is perceived, our therapist will be required to leave right away. Discount and promotions cannot be combined.
