Appointments

 

As we are a busy mobile company, same day appointments may not always be possible.  We try our best to accommodate if we can. 

Please contact us by text or call (403) 612-7045 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations. You will be charged in full for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Some Things to Know

  • The therapist will arrive 15 minutes before appointment time.  Please make sure there is ample space for a massage table.

  • Complete a health history form that will be emailed to you, if unable to complete before appointment, the therapist will have one for your to fill out and will go over it with you.

  • Discuss any concerns, if you have any.

  • When alone in the room, undress and cover yourself with the sheet provided.

  • Soft music will be playing and the atmosphere will be relaxing.

  • Your therapist will return to the room once you are covered and ready to begin your massage.

  • Only the area being massaged will be uncovered. All of our therapists follow this policy and no exceptions are made. Our clients are always covered.

  • Your therapist will leave the room at the end of your treatment to allow you to take your time getting dressed.

  • The therapist will then discuss any concerns or demonstrate stretches and home care.

  • For payment, we accept cash, credit cards, debit and email money transfers.  Please let us know before appointment if you want to direct bill.  Once payment is complete, a receipt will be emailed to you.

  • At this time, you may want to schedule a future treatment to ensure the date and time that works best for you.
